Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. Experience: 5 years of progressive, hands-on Business Analyst or Systems Analyst experience in enterprise environments. Utility Domain Expertise: Practical experience with at least one of the following systems or equivalent platforms: o Outage Management System (OMS) o Oracle Utilities Analytics (OUA) o Geographic Information System (GIS) o Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) o Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) o Work Management Systems (for example, IBM Maximo)

Technical Skills: Experience with test management tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, ALM), SQL proficiency, and familiarity with functional, acceptance, regression, and system integration testing. Emerging Technologies: Experience with Generative AI tools for requirements analysis, test case generation, or test automation. Knowledge of AI-powered testing platforms (for example, ACCELQ, testRigor). TCOE Experience: Previous work within a Testing Center of Excellence or Quality Engineering organization. Methodologies: Experience with both Waterfall and Agile/Scrum frameworks. Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of utility regulatory compliance (NERC, PSC, FERC).
