Now Hiring: Senior Business Analyst – Court Case Management System

Contract Duration: 6 Months

The Talent Source is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support the implementation of a next-generation Court Case Management System (Catalis Benchmark) for one of the largest municipalities in the region. This is a high-impact contract opportunity to play a key role in modernizing justice operations through process improvement, stakeholder engagement, and digital transformation.

What You'll Do

• Analyze current court administration processes and identify improvement opportunities

• Lead stakeholder engagement sessions to gather and document detailed business requirements

• Translate business needs into user stories and technical specs for system configuration

• Support UAT and system testing efforts (planning, case development, execution)

• Identify risks and escalate issues proactively to keep project delivery on track

• Partner closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful system rollout

Key Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of Business Analysis experience focused on IT systems and process transformation

• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies

• Experience working with SQL, data visualization tools, and business intelligence platforms

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills

• Familiarity with legal, court, or public sector systems is a plus

• CBAP, PMP, or similar certifications are a nice-to-have but not required.
