    The Opportunity

    As a Senior Business Process Manager within the Adobe Buying Programs organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving scalable, strategic, and cross-functional initiatives aimed at transforming how we sell and enhancing the customer experience.

    You will partner closely with product, engineering, IT, and various functions across Finance and Operations to implement new platform capabilities, streamline business processes, improve customer experience, and support Adobe’s growth objectives.

    What You’ll Do

    • Assess business requirements, solution design, dependencies, risks, and timelines to drive execution of large-scale transformations and product launches.
    • Define and document process flows, user stories, and gap analyses to bridge current and future state operations.
    • Cultivate strong cross-functional relationships and influence business partners at all levels to drive alignment and successful adoption.
    • Partner with Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) internal customers to guide impact analysis, lead user acceptance testing (UAT), and change adoption that delivers measurable business value.
    • Serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert on business processes, systems, and operational standard methodologies to help resolve both internal and customer-facing issues.
    • Apply data-driven decision-making to find opportunities, set priorities, and measure outcomes.
    • Manage multiple concurrent initiatives, define workback schedules, and ensure timely delivery across cross-functional teams.
    • Champion continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies and implementing scalable, sustainable solutions.

    What You Need to Succeed

    • 6+ years of experience in business process management, product ownership, program management, or a related operational role.
    • Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives with minimal oversight.
    • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills; able to evaluate abstract or ambiguous problems and develop actionable solutions.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to influence without authority and build trust across teams.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize across multiple assignments and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
    • Experience with ERP/CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Dynamics), Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio), and agile tools (e.g., Jira).
    • Familiarity with quote-to-cash processes and B2B sales operations is a strong plus.

    Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $111,000 -- $212,900 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

    At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

    In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
