Lead major system enhancement initiatives, including CRM redesign, platform upgrades, website modernization, or migrations.

Design and manage integrations between Salesforce, billing platforms, website platforms, and other business systems to ensure reliable data flow.

Perform hands-on configuration within Salesforce and other systems (automation, workflows, reporting, permissions, dashboards).

Translate business objectives into clear system requirements and technical execution plans.

Establish documentation standards, configuration, governance, and system ownership processes.

Proactively identify inefficiencies, manual workarounds, and scalability risks; recommend and implement improvements.

Manage external vendors, developers, or junior technical resources when applicable.

Lead cutover planning and execution for major system updates or launches.

Develop reporting frameworks and dashboards to provide leadership visibility into performance and operations.

Create training materials and conduct end-user training to drive the adoption of new tools and workflows.

Partner with executive leadership to prioritize systems enhancements and maintain a clear improvement roadmap.

    Education/Experience:

6-8 years of experience designing and implementing business systems (CRM, ERP, or operational platforms).

Led at least two major system implementations or migrations end-to-end, from planning through launch and adoption.

Strong hands-on Salesforce experience (architecture, automation, integrations, reporting).

    Experience managing multi-platform integrations

Strong project management and stakeholder alignment skills

Comfortable operating independently in a scaling environment

Experience with healthcare, DME, or regulated industries preferred.

Bachelor's degree in information systems, Business, Computer Science, Engineering or related field preferred but not required; equivalent experience accepted
