The Connexa Search Group is partnering with a well-established manufacturing organization seeking a Senior Buyer to support its operational and maintenance functions. This role plays a key part in sourcing materials, managing vendor relationships, and overseeing inventory processes. The ideal candidate is experienced in procurement, adaptable in a dynamic environment, and comfortable working across departments to ensure consistent support for business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate purchasing activities for operational and indirect materials
Support inventory and vendor management processes
Work closely with internal teams to ensure resource availability
Identify and act on opportunities for cost and process improvements
Maintain compliance with internal policies and procurement standards
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field
Prior experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with ERP systems and inventory management practices - SAP strongly preferred
