    About the Role

    We’re looking for a Senior Change Management Consultant with deep experience driving change for enterprise software deployments and IT transformation programs. Your mission: reduce disruption, accelerate adoption, and enable seamless transitions for organizations navigating complex implementations.

    Key Responsibilities

    Lead end-to-end change management efforts for large-scale software deployments and upgrades

    Conduct change impact assessments to identify risks and organizational readiness gaps

    Design and execute change strategies—including communication, stakeholder engagement, training, and resistance management

    Collaborate with project teams, business units, and IT leadership to integrate change into delivery roadmaps

    Facilitate adoption via workshops, user coaching, and hands-on training initiatives

    Track adoption KPIs and refine change tactics based on real-time insights

    Serve as a subject matter expert on change tools, templates, and frameworks

    Document lessons learned and contribute to knowledge-sharing for continuous improvement

    What You Bring

    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, IT, or related field (Master’s preferred)

    12+ years of experience in change management, specifically supporting software or IT implementations

    Expertise in change methodologies such as Prosci, ADKAR, or similar frameworks

    Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder alignment skills

    Proven ability to navigate cross-functional teams and influence at all organizational levels

    Experience creating and delivering training programs is highly desirable

    Change Management certification (e.g., Prosci) preferred

    Strong multitasking and project leadership in fast-paced environments
