    We are a small, but fast-growing Estate Planning and Elder Law Firm in Fair Oaks, looking for a Salesperson (also called our Client Engagement Specialist) to ensure that the firm is always putting its best foot forward for potential new clients.  We need a bright, creative, empathetic, and compassionate person who is comfortable working with the elderly, talking about death, and visiting nursing homes, client homes, hospitals, and ICUs. Our firm celebrates with clients but also empathizes and mourns with clients in their hour of need. You must be able to discuss complex problems with maturity and sensitivity.   Our all-star Client Engagement Specialist will be expected to discuss big price points while also conveying the value of the services being sold. This position is only for all-star salespeople who can sell both legal services and cultivate new relationships. Prior sales and customer service experience is required because we can teach you about the planning process, but we can’t teach you how to care about people suffering from dementia, long-term illness, or terminal disease.We are looking for a team player with empathy, creativity, and organization to help us expand our business. The person we hire must bring a high level of energy, positivity, and bring a can-do attitude to work every day. We are BIG believers in the value of a team.
