    We are looking for an “A+” player with the organizational talent to help us to expand our enterprising business. The person we hire will bring a high level of energy, positivity, and can-do attitude to work every day. Our Firm is small enough that everyone is a critical part of the team, yet big enough to offer the security and benefits you want.  Responsibilities: Greet visitors, clients, and fellow employees when they arrive at the front desk and provide them with any necessary directions or information Make appointments for employees and ensure the calendar is current and correct • Answering phones and directing calls to the appropriate attorney and/or staff member • Greeting clients and ensuring that they are receiving top-notch customer service • Making copies • Ordering supplies • Light calendaring functions • Collecting and scanning mail • Tracking daily/weekly/monthly client goals of the firm • Updating Firm Press Kits and Client Welcome Packets  • Scheduling seminars and other firm marketing engagements Qualifications: Excellent interpersonal skills, organizational skills, customer service skills, and verbal communication skills Well-versed in taking telephone calls and handling stressful situations • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel • Must be able to general daily/weekly/monthly reports • Self-motivated and detail-oriented • Superb communication skills – both written and verbalReady to apply? To apply and ensure you make a great first impression, please include answers to the following questions in your cover letter: The Receptionist position is full-time and benefits are available • "What comes easily to you that doesn’t come easily to other people?” and • “What distinguishes you from everyone else who will apply for this position?”If you don’t follow these directions, we will not consider your application because following directions and attention to detail are important for this position. We look forward to reviewing your application.
