Senior Claims Adjuster
We are seeking an experienced Senior Claims Adjuster to join one of our top clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and resolving insurance claims in a timely and efficient manner. This a hybrid role with three days in the office per week
Responsibilities:
• Investigate and evaluate insurance claims to determine coverage and liability
• Conduct interviews with claimants, witnesses, and other parties involved
• Review and analyze medical records, police reports, and other relevant documents
• Make recommendations for claim settlements and negotiate with claimants and attorneys
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of claims activity
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. insurance, business, law)
• 5+ years of experience in claims adjusting or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
