This isn’t a passive intake role. This is a performance-driven, people-first position designed for someone who knows how to lead conversations, connect with purpose, and convert potential into impact. YOUR MISSION: Be the first trusted voice potential clients hear. Guide them from uncertainty to clarity. Help them see the value of partnering with our firm—and walk beside them as they take that first, life-changing step. WHAT YOU'LL DO: • Conduct powerful, in-depth consultations (in-person preferred, phone/Zoom acceptable) • Show genuine empathy while maintaining the ability to lead and close the conversation • Sell the firm’s legal services by communicating value, not just price • Follow a proven consultative sales structure (with room to evolve and improve our systems) • Convert qualified leads into signed clients with paid retainers • Transition clients smoothly to the legal team post-retention • Maintain ongoing relationships with clients and past clients to fuel referrals and long-term trust • Own your CRM pipeline daily—track all PNCs, progress, referrals, and conversions • Participate in continued testing of sales scripts and client experience systems WHO YOU ARE: • You have a hunter mindset—persistent, resourceful, and undeterred by “no” • You believe sales is service, and connection is power • You’re self-motivated, emotionally intelligent, and ready to deliver results • You bring compassion and confidence to high-stakes conversations • You’re highly organized, coachable, and tech-comfortable (Mac, CRM, Zoom, etc.) • You work smart, stay hungry, and never stop improving REQUIREMENTS: • Proven success in consultative sales (legal experience is a plus, not a requirement) • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills • Comfort working flexible hours—including occasional evenings/weekends if needed (remote flexibility provided) • Strong follow-through on tasks and accountability for KPIs • Non-attorneys only – no legal advice will be provided COMPENSATION: • Full-time position • Base salary plus performance-based bonuses • Significant calendar autonomy with a supportive team structure Cover Letter Requirements (No Exceptions): • What does it take to be a stellar Sales & Client Relations Specialist? • What unique strengths would you bring to our team? • What did you love (and didn’t love) about this ad? REQUIREMENTS: • Demonstrated success in consultative sales (legal industry experience is a plus, not required) • Exceptional communication, active listening, and solution-oriented thinking • Availability for flexible scheduling, including some evenings/weekends as needed (with remote flexibility) • Strong sense of ownership over tasks and accountability to KPIs • This role is for non-attorneys only—no legal advice will be given or expected Compensation: $65,000 - $110,000 yearly
