A leading provider of innovative technology solutions is seeking a Senior Cloud Support Engineer to join their remote team. In this role, you’ll troubleshoot complex networking and cloud issues in production environments, serving enterprise clients and acting as a technical escalation point.

Desired Skills

• 5+ years supporting cloud environments (AWS preferred) with VPCs, subnets, Direct Connect, security groups, and Internet Gateways
• Strong networking skills: Layer 2/3 routing, TCP/UDP, VPNs (IPSec), BGP, VLANs, LAN/WAN architecture
• Proficient in Linux systems (Ubuntu, RHEL, or CentOS) and scripting (Bash or Python)
• Experienced with diagnostic tools like tcpdump and managing high-pressure enterprise support situations
• Knowledge of Azure, GCP, OpenStack, storage systems, or AI/data infrastructure is a plus

Salary: 120k -130k
