Senior Commercial Construction Project Manager - HVAC - Base Salary to 140k/year - Smithfield, RI

• Our client, a commercial contractor, is seeking a Senior Commercial Construction Project Manager to oversee commercial HVAC and mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through completion.
• This position will manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, documentation, and field coordination while working with general contractors, foremen, subcontractors, vendors, and internal project teams.

Responsibilities:

• Manage commercial HVAC and mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through completion
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, cost control, quality, and production
• Prepare and negotiate vendor and subcontractor purchase orders and review submittals
• Coordinate with general contractors, foremen, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain project schedules
• Manage project scopes, RFIs, submittals, purchase orders, and change orders
• Ensure work is completed according to construction plans, specifications, and quality standards
• Manage multiple commercial HVAC and mechanical projects simultaneously
• Handle project closeout and required construction documentation

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of commercial HVAC project/program management experience
• Experience managing commercial HVAC or mechanical construction projects
• Experience with project budgeting, planning, accounting/financial concepts, cost management, and project management software
• Experience managing project scopes, schedules, RFIs, submittals, purchase orders, and change orders
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Compensation:

• Base salary in the 120k - 140k/year range
• Annual bonus
