This role will be responsible for - Managing a large and diverse C&I commercial loan portfolio with a focus on asset quality.
- Marketing and originating loans, business deposit products, and treasury management services.
- Administering and servicing loan accounts, including monitoring and collection activities.
- Identifying opportunities to refer clients to additional financial services, including Wealth Management.
- Serving as a trusted financial advisor and ambassador within the business community.

A qualified candidate will possess the following - A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or economics.
- 8+ years of commercial lending and relationship management experience.
- Strong financial analysis, sales, and client relationship skills.
- Proven ability to manage and grow a commercial loan portfolio.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of commercial and personal deposit products, treasury management, SBA requirements, and lending practices.
- Proficiency in spreadsheets, word processing, and presentation tools.
