We are seeking a seasoned Commercial Litigator (10–15 years of experience) to manage high-stakes disputes, breach of contract, construction, DTPA, and fraud cases. This role is designed for a self-starter who thrives on execution and wants their compensation directly tied to their performance. Why This Role? • Work-Life Balance Built on Results: We measure success by trial-ready execution and resolved cases, not arbitrary face time or endless office hours. Manage your day as you see fit—just get the job done right. • High-Upside Fee Structure: Eliminate cap limits on your earning potential through a generous fee-split/percentage-based compensation plan for originated and produced work. • No Hand-Holding: You will have full autonomy over case strategies, depositions, and courtroom appearances without micromanagement. Responsibilities: Oversee commercial litigation cases end-to-end with total ownership. Draft complex pleadings, dispositive motions, and brief appellate matters independently. Lead high-stakes depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trials. Drive proactive client communication and assertive negotiations with opposing counsel. Qualifications: Experience: 10 to 15 years of primary, lead-chair commercial litigation experience. Track Record: Proven history of taking and defending crucial depositions, arguing dispositive motions, and trying cases to verdict. Texas Bar: Active, in good standing license to practice law in Texas. Standards: Exceptional legal drafting, sharp strategic judgment, and zero tolerance for missed deadlines or unvetted work product. Compensation: $175,000 - $200,000 yearly
