    Job Description:

    Our firm is currently seeking a senior commercial real estate agent for the Orlando and Tampa areas for a leadership role. Candidates will already be a market leader and have knowledge of leasing and selling commercial property by the following:

    Developing property concepts by researching and analyzing current use and demographics; identifying and approaching prospective tenants by door-to-door canvassing, cold calling and networking; distributing marketing materials, weekly networking/meetings such as breakfast, lunch, coffee’s and happy hours with business owners in the markets of focus; preparing properties for showings, showing properties; advertising vacancies, negotiating terms of contracts; and prepare market studies and analysis, and completing leases and sales.

    Senior associates will study real estate leasing/sales trends and economic conditions; participate in educational opportunities and industry conferences; read professional publications; maintain personal networks; and participate in professional and community organizations.

    Senior associates will serve as mentors to the junior commercial real estate agents by providing practical guidance, sharing market insights and offering support to help them grow in their role as a commercial real estate agent.

    Responsibilities:

    Soliciting for new business directly via phone, in-person, media, internet

    Actively attending weekly networking events and setting up meetings (breakfast/lunch/coffee/happy hours)

    Developing relationships

    Growing networking by participating in local/regional/national events during and after hours

    Prepare market studies and analysis

    Lead generation

    Negotiation expertise

    Client relationship management

    Market analysis

    Strong leadership skills

    Site Tours

    Canvassing and prospecting clients

    Mentoring junior real estate agents

    Analysis and understand the market dynamics

    Qualifications:

    Florida Real Estate Sales license

    4-year college degree

    Minimum of 5 years’ experience

    Looking for longevity with an established team

    Hard worker, eager to learn, strong ethics

    Must be local in market

    Commission Based Only:

    Job Types: Full-time, Hybrid, Commission

    Locations: Orlando and Tampa

    Pay: 100% commission based with high earning potential
