Lifetime Green Coatings is an all-natural, eco-friendly indoor and outdoor flooring coating product that is unlike anything this area has ever seen. I’m looking for a Sr Installation Technician to join our growing installation crew as a W2 employee.

    As a Sr. Installation Technician, you will be responsible for the successful installation process of the LGC product (including basecoat, flake, and topcoat applications). There is the potential to lead a team of Installation Technicians as we continue to grow this market, if you’re looking for growth opportunities. Training will be provided as well as continuing education as LGC launches new products. While the Residential Market is where we currently focus, our Go-To Market strategy will quickly expand into Commercial and Light-Industrial verticals.

    Responsibilities:

    · Effective and efficient installation of the LGC Coating Technology

    · Attention to detail while working on a customer’s site

    · Effective preparation of the floor surface prior to applying the basecoat (sweeping, light sanding, and in some instances diamond grinding)

    · Prompt and appropriate escalation to Franchise Owner or Lead Installer if an issue arises that prevents the successful installation of the LGC product

    · Describe the LGC product to on-lookers or interested parties that arise while on site.

    · Adhere to our Job Site Code of Conduct

    · Update our operating system to enter notes and upload before and after pictures to close out each work order

    · Track actual consumption, operating a scale and be able to do volume calculations to ensure accurate product mixing ratios

    · Maintain impeccable inventory tracking and communicate when product is reaching a re-order point

    · Maintain a clean and professional company vehicle, always ready for the next installation

    Requirements:

    · Previous floor coating experience or painting experience is desired

    · High school diploma or equivalent

    · Must be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation

    · Strong communication and inter-personal skills as this role will engage directly with the customer and potential customers while performing job duties

    · Valid Driver’s License & Clean driving record

    · Be comfortable driving a van and trailer, able to back up the trailer with high proficiency.

    · Be coachable, and able to learn new skills and apply existing skills to a different type of coating product.

    · Hard worker with a high attention to detail

    · Be punctual, follow through on your commitments.

    · Veteran or former military service welcomed, but not required

    Benefits & Compensation:

    · Hourly Rate depending on experience ($24.00 - $30.00 per hour is the starting range) depending on qualifications and experience
