SRE Engineering, D.P.C., a certified M/WBE and DBE engineering and construction management firm, is seeking a Senior Construction Inspector for an active Nassau County DPW project involving pavement markings on various County roadways.

Schedule: Nighttime work only Start: Early April 2026

Responsibilities:

Lead field inspection of pavement marking operations on County roadways

Maintain detailed daily inspection reports and field documentation

Serve as primary point of contact between SRE and the contractor in the field

Ensure full compliance with Nassau County DPW standards and specifications

Requirements:

NICET Level III certification or greater (Transportation/Highway Construction preferred)

Demonstrated experience in senior inspection or lead inspector roles on roadway contracts

Ability to work overnight shifts consistently
