    Experience Required: 10+ Years Employment Type: Full-Time Location: Long Island, NY (local projects – no extended travel) Salary Range: $75,000 – $150,000 annually (commensurate with experience) Company Overview We are a well-established construction company with over 25 years in business, specializing in structural concrete, sitework, excavation, and ground-up construction projects throughout Long Island, NY. We are seeking an experienced Jobsite Superintendent who can take full ownership of field operations and deliver projects safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. Position Summary The Senior Jobsite Superintendent is responsible for the day-to-day management of construction activities on-site. This role requires strong leadership, deep field experience, and the ability to coordinate subcontractors, schedules, inspections, and safety compliance while maintaining productivity and accountability across the jobsite. Key Responsibilities • Manage all daily jobsite operations from mobilization through project completion • Supervise and coordinate subcontractors and field labor • Enforce project schedules and sequencing • Maintain OSHA and jobsite safety compliance • Conduct daily huddles and weekly coordination meetings • Ensure work meets plans, specifications, and quality standards • Coordinate inspections with local authorities • Track manpower, productivity, and jobsite progress • Proactively resolve field issues • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsite Qualifications & Requirements • Minimum 10 years of experience as a Construction Jobsite Superintendent • Experience with ground-up commercial, structural concrete, and sitework projects • Knowledge of Long Island building practices and inspections preferred • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills • OSHA certification preferred • Dependable, decisive, and results-driven Compensation & Benefits • Competitive salary within the stated range based on experience and qualifications • Performance-based bonuses • Vehicle or vehicle allowance (if applicable) • Paid time off and paid holidays • Long-term opportunity with a stable, growing Long Island-based company
