Senior Construction Project Manager $90,000 - $105,000 per year + commission The role oversees building restoration, insurance property recovery, structural repair, and reconstruction projects from initial scope definition through final delivery. This senior field role sits atop emergency insurance mitigation (fire, water, mold)
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Scope & Estimating: Developing Xactimate estimates, negotiating insurance adjuster approvals.
Project Oversight: Managing full-cycle reconstruction, design integration, scheduling/tracking, and trade coordination.
Financial Stewardship: Controlling job budgets, overseeing cost-to-complete forecasting, and handling change orders to secure project profitability.
Stakeholder Management: Leading team alignment, managing subcontractors/carrier partners, maintaining a high-level service approach to property owners and facilitating construction services.
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
Required Experience: Construction Management/Supervision, combined with a minimum of 5 years of insurance restoration expertise
Preferred Experience: An Associate or Bachelor's Degree. If no college degree, a high school diploma.
Technical Mastery: In-depth knowledge of Xactimate/Symbility platforms, expert oversight of estimates written/logistics.
Business Development: Must be able to maintain a book of business of $ 2M dollars or greater
Preferred Certifications: IICRC certification and/or Class A or B General Contractors License
THE JOB
Lead and manage the start and completion of reconstruction projects using Company Resources and sub-contractor trades.
This role will manage between 30 and 70 jobs at any given time
Interact and communicate with customers and Carriers frequently on status of the project
Create work orders for projects
Schedule Vendors and sub-contractors for repairs to be completed
Order materials
Review estimates as needed, align budgets with expectations with project estimator
Provide weekly updates on all projects that are active
Monitor job sites for safety issues, quality and for training opportunities
