Senior Construction Project Manager

With several multi-million-dollar commercial projects underway, the team is seeking a Senior-level Construction Project Manager who brings 10+ years of experience and the confidence to own complex scopes from planning through closeout.

This is a full-time, on-site, in-person role based in Western New York.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of commercial large-scale projects, from pre-construction to closeout
- Develop budgets, proposals, and timelines—and make sure each phase stays on track
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to meet key milestones
- Review drawings/specs, submit RFIs, and ensure full scope understanding
- Own the procurement of equipment and materials in collaboration with the field team
- Handle project paperwork, reports, and Procore documentation
- Meet regularly with field foremen and visit job sites weekly (mileage reimbursed)
- Collaborate with the Director of Project Management and the team on resourcing and strategy
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects ($5M–$10M+ range)
- Strong background in mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, or electrical systems preferred
- Experience as a General Contractor or Construction Manager is also considered
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word) and construction software (Procore a plus)
- Skilled at budget development, scope control, scheduling, and team coordination
- Ability to lead with a balance of independence and collaboration
- Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering or related field preferred
