What a Senior Corporate Counsel will do
- Negotiate and draft complex commercial agreements

- Support procurement, sourcing, supplier, and customer relationships

What We're Looking For
- Significant experience drafting and negotiating commercial agreements
- Strong business judgment and practical problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with both legal and non-legal stakeholders
- Experience working independently and managing multiple priorities
- A collaborative, low-ego approach to partnering with the business
- J.D. with a solid academic record and the ability to practice law in Tennessee.
Experience That Would Be Particularly Valuable
- In-house counsel experience - particularly transactional focused.
- Large law firm transactional training with a focus on Corporate, M&A, or commercial transactions
- Procurement, supply chain, sourcing, or vendor contracting experience
- Experience supporting growth-oriented businesses
