REQUIREMENT:

Senior Cúram Software Engineer – Medicaid Eligibility Systems, AWS Integration & Public Sector Modernization Specialist

Columbia, South Carolina (Hybrid)---Locals Only

Need Overall 10+Years of experience

3 References from the recent projects are must.

Minimum Qualifications:

4+ years of experience with IBM Cúram framework including HCR and CGIS modules

2+ years of experience with AWS cloud services and integration

Writing complex SQL statements

2+ years of experience in Python development or NodeJS/ReactJS/Angular and JSON

3+ years of experience writing complex SQL queries for data extraction and analysis

3+ years of experience in implementing Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to support technical decisions

Experience with Cúram OOTB modules including Workflow, Tasks, CER Rules, Evidence Framework, IEG, and Web Services

Cúram Certification (required)

Experience in cross-functional collaboration with business analysts, QA teams, technical leads, and vendors

Experience working in agile, scrum, and waterfall project methodologies

Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts to business stakeholders

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related technical field

Preferred:

3+ years of experience with Medicaid Management Information Systems (MMIS) or state healthcare programs

Knowledge of healthcare insurance principles and processes

1+ years of experience working with Django or similar Python web frameworks (e.g., FastAPI, Flask)

Experience working on large-scale eligibility and enrollment systems

Strong understanding of Cúram performance optimization and troubleshooting for Out-of-the-Box (OOTB) and custom code

Experience collaborating with government agencies or public sector clients

Familiarity with cloud-native design patterns and DevOps practices in AWS environments

Specific Skills:
