We are seeking a service-oriented and detail-driven Senior Client Service Specialist to support client-facing professionals and internal partners in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional service, resolving complex inquiries, and providing education on financial topics such as expenses, profit and loss, and policy changes.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can simplify complex information, handle sensitive conversations with professionalism, and support both operational and administrative needs. This individual thrives in a dynamic environment and is committed to creating a seamless experience for clients and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Educate clients and internal partners on expenses, profit & loss, and policy updates
- Resolve complex issues and provide thorough solutions via phone and written communication
- Deliver high-quality service in a fast-paced, high-volume contact center environment
- Demonstrate sound judgment and professionalism during sensitive or challenging conversations
- Communicate complex financial topics clearly and in an easy-to-understand manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance the client experience
- Support client-facing professionals with marketing efforts, client events, and business development activities
- Maintain and update digital and social media marketing materials
- Assist with administrative tasks including travel coordination, expense reporting, and meeting preparation
- Stay current on systems, policies, and initiatives through ongoing training
Required Skills & Experience
- Contact center experience, preferably within financial services
- Proven ability to navigate multiple technology systems simultaneously
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to explain complex information clearly and concisely
- Experience handling sensitive conversations with empathy and professionalism
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask effectively
- High school diploma required
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with profit & loss statements and basic accounting principles (non-CPA)
- Strong learning agility and adaptability in a changing environment
- College degree and/or prior administrative or financial services experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM or service center platforms
- Experience supporting client-facing professionals
