This is a hands-on, senior analytics role — not entry-level reporting.

We’re a fast-growing home-based dialysis organization looking for a Senior Data Analyst who can immediately pull data, analyze trends, and clearly brief the executive team on where we are, what’s working, and where we’re going.

If you’ve supported senior leaders, worked with chaotic healthcare data, and can turn numbers into decisions — this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

Pull and validate data across operational, clinical, and workforce systems

Build executive dashboards, KPIs, and performance models

Analyze utilization, productivity, staffing, and growth trends

Translate complex data into clear, executive-ready insights

Partner directly with Operations leadership to drive decisions

What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Business, Finance, Economics, or similar

MBA or Master’s required (Analytics, Business, or Healthcare preferred)

5–7+ years in data, BI, or operations analytics experience

Experience supporting senior or executive leadership

Advanced Excel + BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)

SQL or strong querying experience

Healthcare or services-based experience strongly preferred

This role requires independence, strong business judgment, and executive-level communication.
