    We are seeking a Senior Data & Analytics Consultant with expertise in supply chain, inventory, and manufacturing analytics—and the versatility to support future projects in business intelligence and enterprise analytics. With 7+ years of experience, you will lead analytics engagements, build dashboards, and deliver insights that directly improve client performance.

    In addition to core BI and analytics, exposure to predictive analytics, data science methods, or data architecture concepts is preferred but not required. These skills will help you grow within the role and expand the value we deliver to clients.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    Client Engagement: Work directly with stakeholders to gather requirements, define KPIs, and translate business needs into analytics solutions.

    Data Analysis: Extract, cleanse, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities.

    Dashboard Development: Design intuitive dashboards and reports in Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik to provide real-time visibility into operations.

    Supply Chain & Manufacturing Analytics: For current projects, deliver insights into procurement, inventory management, production efficiency, and capacity planning.

    Data Engineering: Support the development of ETL pipelines and data integration processes to improve data reliability and availability.

    Preferred Skills: Exposure to predictive analytics, Python/R for modeling, or collaboration on scalable data architecture design.

    Process Improvement: Use analytics to identify bottlenecks, reduce waste, and improve performance outcomes.

    Data Governance: Maintain data integrity, quality, and compliance across ERP/MRP and cloud systems.

    Education

    Bachelor’s Degree required (preferred STEM, Business Analytics, or related).

    Required Skills

    7+ years in data analytics, with strong experience in supply chain, inventory, or manufacturing.

    Proficiency in SQL and working with relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL).

    Strong skills in data visualization (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik).

    Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards).

    Exposure to cloud data platforms (Azure, Snowflake, Databricks) preferred.

    Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data insights into clear recommendations for business and technical audiences.

    Predictive analytics (forecasting, regression, clustering).

    Data science tools (Python, R).

    Data engineering (ETL pipelines, data integration).

    Architecture awareness (dimensional modeling, scalable solution design).

    Work model: Hybrid/remote with occasional on-site client engagements

    Salary

    $95,000 – $125,000 per year, commensurate with experience
