Job Description:
The Senior Data Integrations Specialist provides advanced technical expertise in the design, integration, maintenance, and enhancement of enterprise data systems and information platforms. This role supports complex, data-intensive environments by ensuring reliable system operations, high data quality, and effective integration across multiple data sources. The specialist works closely with technical teams and stakeholders to support analytics, reporting, and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Provide operational support for enterprise data systems and information platforms, ensuring high availability and performance.
Design, maintain, and enhance scalable data architectures using commercial data management and analytics technologies.
Develop, maintain, and optimize Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) processes for integrating multiple data sources.
Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within large and complex datasets.
Develop, maintain, and enhance data models, analytical methods, and performance metrics.
Identify and evaluate new data sources to improve system capabilities and analytical outcomes.
Maintain metadata including data definitions, business rules, and reference information.
Establish and support data standardization, data quality, and validation processes.
Maintain system configurations to ensure performance, integrity, and security.
Develop and maintain technical documentation covering data processes, system configurations, and operational procedures.
Support backup, recovery, and continuity-of-operations processes.
Conduct user acceptance testing for new data integrations, system enhancements, and analytical capabilities.
Provide technical guidance, user support, and training as required.
Support planning, coordination, and documentation for technical meetings and working groups.
Research and evaluate tools, technologies, and architectural options and recommend improvements.
Prepare reports, presentations, and technical documentation in multiple formats as required.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s - Information systems, business systems, management information systems, IT management, or any other IT degrees is required. Engineering, math, and science degrees are acceptable substitute degrees.
