An award-winning U.S. design firm that provides architecture, planning, and interior design services focused on complex, community-oriented projects and mass-timber innovation across diverse building types is seeking a Sr. Project Designer to help them turn ideas into compelling multi-family, hospitality and mixed-used environments while leading design excellence and mentoring teams at their Oakland, CA office.

Your Day Includes

• Lead concept generation and translate ideas into buildable architectural designs using SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Suite, and Enscape.
• Collaborate with firm leaders, clients, and project teams to present clear design narratives and guide decisions.
• Develop projects from yield studies through schematic design with strong planning and form-giving.
• Produce high-quality visualizations, drawings, and presentation materials in a fast-paced studio environment.
• Support coordination, code awareness, and design consistency across multiple housing typologies.

Must Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• 6–10 years of architectural experience, including 3–5 years of U.S. multi-family midrise design.
• Proficiency in SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Suite, and Enscape, plus strong verbal and written communication skills
