What You’ll Do:
- Develop and lead conceptual design with hand sketching and visual storytelling
- Collaborate closely with project architects, consultants, and clients
- Manage the design narrative and process from vision through execution
- Represent the firm’s aesthetic and values in every client interaction
- Maintain strong relationships with builders and consultants
- Ensure quality, detail, and client satisfaction across all phases
