Role Overview

The Senior Designer / Senior Design Director serves as a lead individual contributor responsible for translating client needs into fully realized, buildable design solutions. This role combines client-facing consultation, advanced technical design, and coordination across internal teams to deliver high-quality commercial environments on schedule and within budget.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage client projects from initial design through post-installation support.
• Develop and present space plans, lighting, ceiling designs, furniture layouts, and finish palettes.
• Produce sign-off, pre-construction, and construction drawing sets in AutoCAD.
• Coordinate directly with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution.
• Guide clients through design decisions with confidence and clarity.
