    Position Overview

Join a design-focused collaborative shaping consumer environments for ambitious brands. This Senior Designer serves as a senior design resource, owning complex retail projects from concept through Construction Administration while guiding teammates and partnering directly with clients and consultants.

    Why This Role Stands Out

    • End-to-end design ownership: lead from conceptual design through Construction Administration rather than handing work off after early design.
    • Visible design influence across fast-paced, high-profile consumer environments, with responsibility for maintaining design intent across multiple projects.
    • Meaningful mentorship: provide feedback and creative partnership while helping team members strengthen technical and design skills.
    • A genuinely collaborative design culture built around dialogue, debate, iteration, curiosity, and co-authored solutions rather than “big reveal” design.
    • Customer-centered design thinking: concepts are pressure-tested against the experience of the people who will use the spaces.
    • Opportunity to work directly with brand-focused clients and navigate brand standards while still advancing innovative concepts.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and communicate compelling design ideas quickly, translating creative thinking into thoughtful, buildable solutions with project teams, clients, and consultants.
    • Lead the full design process from conceptual design through Construction Administration as the senior design resource.
