    Senior DevOps Engineer – Embedded Systems
    Minneapolis, MN – Remote | Contract | $50-70/hr

     Konik is partnering with a local mannufacturer with a temporary need for their DevOps Engineering ream. This role focuses on building and automating modern DevOps pipelines that support software powering connected technologies, including infotainment and embedded platforms in vehicles and off-road equipment.

    This is a fast-paced, Agile environment where you’ll directly impact the development of critical systems, with opportunities to drive change and improve delivery efficiency.

    Senior DevOps Engineer – Embedded Systems Responsibilities:

    • Build and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.)
    • Support and automate development workflows for embedded software
    • Manage and monitor local infrastructure for high reliability
    • Collaborate across engineering, QA, and operations to streamline delivery
    • Implement best practices in system security and monitoring
    • Troubleshoot across dev, test, and production environments
    • Mentor junior team members

    Senior DevOps Engineer – Embedded Systems Qualifications:

    • 5+ years of DevOps experience supporting embedded software (C++, CMake, GNU toolchain)
    • Strong knowledge of Linux and the Yocto Project
    • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI)
    • Proficient in scripting (Python, Bash, etc.)
    • Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
    • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and code quality tools (Coverity, Black Duck)
    • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, ideally SAFe
    • Background in automotive, agriculture, or connected device industries is a plus
