Senior DevOps Engineer | Hybrid – Dallas, TX

The Talent Source is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer with a strong security mindset to join a Fortune-ranked enterprise client in Dallas, TX. This hybrid temp-to-perm opportunity offers the chance to shape large-scale DevOps and cloud security initiatives while paving the way to a long-term career path within a highly respected organization.

What You’ll Do

You’ll lead efforts to design, build, and secure CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure in a multi-cloud environment. You’ll work closely with Dev, Sec, and Ops teams to embed DevSecOps practices throughout the SDLC, automate deployments using Terraform and Kubernetes, and help build scalable, secure, cloud-native platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement secure, automated CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, etc.
• Drive Infrastructure as Code (IaC) automation using Terraform and Kubernetes
• Containerize applications with Docker and Helm 3
• Integrate security tools such as Prisma Cloud, SonarQube, and SIEM platforms (e.g., Splunk)
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align DevOps with enterprise security, compliance, and cloud standards
• Troubleshoot pipeline and infrastructure issues in AWS environments

What You Bring

• 9+ years of DevOps/DevSecOps experience in enterprise environments
• Proven expertise with CI/CD pipelines, IaC tools, and container orchestration
• Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, or Go)
• Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and security best practices
• Experience with artifact management tools (Artifactory, JFrog) and observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
