Senior Director, Corporate Engineering

Location: Florida USA

Compensation: $200,000 - $240,000 by level, plus bonus

Business Description: My client, a growing regenerative medicine CDMO, is creating a new leadership role, not a replacement.

What You'll Be Doing

\- Lead a distributed engineering organization across U.S. sites

\- Set the multi-year engineering strategy and govern capital projects

\- Drive process development, scale-up, and validation

\- Lead packaging design, validation, and sterilization-interface work

\- Build Lean daily management and root-cause discipline across sites

About You

\- Be able to do the job as described.

\- Led multi-site engineering in medical device, pharma, or biologics

\- Brings packaging engineering depth alongside process engineering

\- Has built and implemented AI use cases, including basic AI agents

\- On site in Florida (preferred), Minnesota, or Indiana, with up to 30% travel including Europe
