    Acxiom’s Global Data & Identity Product organization is looking for a Senior Director, Indirect Reseller Partnerships to lead our broker/reseller data and identity business. We are looking for a team leader with experience in managing partnerships with data product resellers and serve as a change agent for improvement and optimization of internal processes and protocols. The ideal candidate is passionate about forging lasting partnerships and managing complex commercial relationships. The role is focused on the US. The right candidate can work remote.

    WE NEED:

    • A proven track record of partnership management across the traditional data reseller ecosystem

    • Experience with people-based data and identity in both mar tech and ad tech

    • Ability to extend data partnerships focused on direct marketing into identity services and media

    • Experience managing the full range of commercial models associated with data as well as the associated reporting and auditing

    • Ability to organize a meaningful value exchange with reseller whereby data access scales with revenue

    • Keen negotiation skills

    • Ability to steward the contracting process to ensure clearly defined scope, restrictions, and compliance with supplier obligations and applicable law, including privacy provisions

    • Ability to manage the forecast across a network of partners

    • Executive communication and stakeholder management skills

    • Desire to engage with the ecosystem and ability to provide market-facing leadership

    YOU WILL:

    • Report directly to the SVP, Channel Partnerships

    • Manage dozens of reseller partnerships and the associated forecasting and commercial processes

    • Collaborate closely with account execs, product, delivery, finance and legal functions

    • Serve as a change agent to a legacy business ensuring performance while mitigating risk

    • Identify new opportunities for partnership and growth

    WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

    • Degree in business, marketing or a technical discipline

    • Over a decade of subject matter expertise across marketing data, identity and analytics

    • Experience with market leaders in data and identity across CRM and media

    • High-performing leadership characteristics to inspire and grow the careers of your team

    • Strategic and critical thinking skills to discern and react to emerging market needs
