    The Opportunity

    Adobe is seeking a visionary Senior Director of Enterprise Executive Marketing to redefine how we globally engage with the world’s most senior decision-makers. This leader will pioneer bold new approaches to executive engagement, shaping strategies that elevate Adobe’s global market presence and delivering transformative storytelling, content-rich, and immersive experiences that accelerate relationships with CMOs, CIOs, CTOs, and other top executives.

    With 20+ years of success shaping and scaling executive marketing strategies for enterprise companies, this leader will reimagine executive engagement as a competitive differentiator - setting new benchmarks for Adobe’s influence, trust, and enterprise impact.

    What you’ll do

    Global Executive Marketing Strategy

    • Own and reimagine the global executive marketing vision, setting new standards for how storytelling, content, and immersive experiences become competitive differentiators at the C-suite level.
    • Design and implement breakthrough engagement models that deepen trust, anticipate emerging executive priorities, and position Adobe as the indispensable partner for enterprise transformation.
    • Create signature messaging platforms and thought leadership narratives - from keynotes to peer storytelling - that elevate brand authority, inspire action, and generate lasting enterprise impact.
    • Regularly present Executive Marketing strategies, results, and optimizations to the Adobe Executive team.

    Executive Experiences & Differentiation

    • Lead the design of transformational, story-driven, and immersive executive experiences that move beyond traditional events to become catalysts for trust, influence, and long-term relationships.
    • Redefine Adobe’s global briefing centers as critical hubs for engaging executives with the latest messaging, product roadmaps, and hands-on demonstrations.
    • Collaborate with strategic global partners to expand reach, engage new executive audiences, and deliver integrated marketing programs that drive advocacy and enterprise impact.
    • Establish next-generation standards for executive experiences where storytelling, immersion, and content excellence define industry benchmarks.

    Organizational Leadership & Influence

    • Build, inspire, and lead a world-class executive marketing team grounded in global innovation, excellence, and transformation.
    • Serve as the enterprise voice of executive marketing, aligning sales, product, communications, and field marketing around senior executive engagement.
    • Define new success metrics that directly link executive marketing to influence, brand authority, and measurable enterprise growth.

    What you'll need to succeed

    • 20+ years of leadership experience in enterprise executive marketing, with proven success redefining and scaling global executive programs.
    • Demonstrated expertise in innovating executive strategies, storytelling, content development, and immersive engagement models.
    • Strong executive presence with experience presenting to CMOs, CIOs, CTOs, and boards.
    • Track record of transforming executive marketing functions into strategic growth engines for the business.
    • Must be based in the Bay Area, CA.

    Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $167,900 -- $366,700 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience.     At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

    In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
