    Role Description:

    · Job Title: Director of Marketing

    · Overview: As the Head of Marketing to lead scalable customer acquisition, lifecycle marketing, and revenue growth. You’ll own the full marketing funnel across paid media, CRM, and conversion optimization. This role will drive data-driven experimentation while building and leading a high-performing marketing team

    · Salary: $120K - $160K (Exempt)

    Responsibilities

    Develop and execute marketing strategies that drive scalable customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.

    Lead full-funnel marketing initiatives across paid media, lifecycle marketing, native advertising, and conversion funnels.

    Identify growth opportunities, channels, and campaigns to increase customer acquisition and repeat purchases.

    Build and manage integrated marketing campaigns that align brand messaging with acquisition and retention goals.

    Manage and optimize marketing budgets while balancing growth, efficiency, and profitability.

    Establish testing frameworks and experimentation roadmaps to improve campaign performance.

    Design and optimize customer journeys including onboarding, engagement, upsell, retention, and win-back flows.

    Implement segmentation, personalization, and automation to increase lifetime value and reduce churn.

    Collaborate with copywriters, designers, video creatives, and developers to build high-performing funnels.

    Oversee creation of marketing assets including landing pages, VSLs, paid ads, and lifecycle campaigns.

    Continuously test and optimize creatives, messaging, targeting, and landing pages to maximize ROI.

    Analyze campaign performance and customer data to uncover insights and improve marketing outcomes.

    Apply A/B testing, funnel analysis, and attribution modeling to improve marketing efficiency and LTV.

    Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing marketing team.

    Manage agencies and collaborate with product, engineering, analytics, and creative teams.

    Develop scalable marketing systems, workflows, and campaign launch processes.

    Requirements

    5–10+ years of digital, performance, or lifecycle marketing experience in DTC, subscription, or eCommerce.

    Proven track record scaling marketing campaigns and driving measurable revenue growth.

    Experience managing and optimizing significant paid media budgets across major digital platforms.

    Demonstrated success improving customer acquisition, retention, conversion rates, and lifetime value.

    Strong expertise in paid media strategy, targeting, campaign management, and performance optimization.

    Experience building and optimizing marketing funnels including landing pages and subscription flows.

    Familiarity with native advertising and scaling campaigns using VSL or long-form creative formats.

    Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and drive data-driven decisions.

    Experience with CRM and lifecycle marketing platforms such as Klaviyo, HubSpot, or similar tools.

    Proficiency with marketing analytics platforms, attribution tools, and experimentation frameworks.

    Experience running structured A/B tests across creative, messaging, targeting, and funnel flows.

    Proven ability to lead marketing teams and collaborate across cross-functional departments.

    Strong project management skills with ability to prioritize multiple initiatives.

    Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
