Required Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 9+ years of progressive experience in the AEC industry, with a healthcare facilities or university/higher learning institution focus.
• Expertise with engineering software platforms.
• Advanced knowledge of industry codes, standards, and QA/QC procedures.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams, staff development, training, and mentorship.
• Experience with technical writing and proposal contributions.
