    Position Summary The Sr. Electrical Field Service Technician is responsible for performing advanced electrical diagnostics, maintenance, repair, and commissioning of industrial systems and equipment at customer sites. This position involves extensive travel, hands-on troubleshooting, and direct customer interaction.

    Key Responsibilities

    Troubleshooting, test, and maintain electrical systems and equipment, including power distribution systems, and control panels.

    Perform advanced electrical diagnostics and recommend corrective actions.

    Lead and mentor junior technicians and ensure compliance with company and customer safety procedures.

    Interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation.

    Support commissioning of new equipment and assist with retrofits or upgrades.

    Prepare detailed service reports and maintain accurate project documentation.

    Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to resolve complex technical issues

    Qualifications

    Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related field preferred. Equivalent experience accepted.

    Experience: 5+ years of field service experience in electrical systems, industrial automation, or similar environments.

    Familiarity with OSHA standards, and electrical safety best practices.

    Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.

    Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.

    Proficiency with electrical testing tools (multimeters, insulation testers, oscilloscopes, etc.).

    Strong communication and customer service skills.

    Travel: Up to [50–75%] as required.

    Preferred Skills

    Knowledge of low- and medium-voltage systems.

    Supervisory or project lead experience.

    Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.
