We are seeking an exceptional Visual Designer & Merchandising Professional to conceptualize and execute a high-impact luxury showroom experience in Downtown Los Angeles (DTLA). This is a 3-day, invitation-only gala event for top-tier buyers sourcing premium packaging solutions for high-end brands.

Our showcase will feature luxury shopping bags, boxes, canvas totes, and sustainable packaging solutions, and we are looking for a visionary who can transform the space into a true magnet of creativity, elegance, and innovation.

What We’re Looking For

A seasoned visual merchandising expert with experience in upscale retail environments (Beverly Hills, Malibu, or similar luxury markets)

Proven background working with high-end fashion houses (e.g., luxury handbags and accessories)

A strong eye for colorful, modern LA aesthetics blended with refined luxury presentation

Ability to design a cohesive showroom layout that elevates product storytelling and buyer engagement

Access to or ability to source premium display units, including fixtures for bags, boxes, canvas, and fabric goods

Strong network and knowledge of prop houses, furniture rentals, and display resources in Los Angeles

Scope of Work

Develop and present a full showroom concept and layout plan

Source and/or provide display units, furniture, and props

Create a visually stunning, luxury-forward environment aligned with our brand vision

Collaborate with our team as we provide product imagery and direction

Execute the final setup with precision and high-end finish

Will show all items to Look like a Luxury Retail Display Such as Hermes Prada and Dior.

Project Details

Location: LA Cal Mart, Downtown Los Angeles

Event Duration: 3 Days (Invite-only buyers event)

Deadline: Concept approval and planning finalized by June 6

Installation: Must be fully executed and event-ready prior to opening
