    A leading benefits consulting and insurance organization is seeking a Senior Employee Benefits Account Manager to manage key client relationships, lead strategic service initiatives, and serve as a trusted advisor to employers on their employee benefits programs. This role is ideal for a seasoned benefits professional who enjoys building client partnerships, navigating complex benefit strategies, and delivering exceptional service.

    Prior employee benefits brokerage or benefits administration experience is required.

    The Job:

    • Manage and maintain a book of employee benefits clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
    • Partner with Benefits Consultants and Client Executives throughout the renewal and strategic planning process.
    • Lead client service initiatives, resolve complex issues, and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
    • Conduct needs analysis, strategy discussions, and client meetings.
    • Advise clients on health, ancillary, and voluntary benefit programs.
    • Identify opportunities to improve benefit offerings while helping clients manage costs.
    • Build strong relationships through proactive communication and ongoing consultative support.
    • Mentor and provide leadership within the service team while coordinating key deliverables.

    What We're Looking For:

    • 5+ years of employee benefits account management or consulting experience.
    • Experience working within a brokerage, consulting firm, or benefits administration environment.
    • Current Life & Health License.
    • Strong knowledge of medical, dental, vision, disability, and ancillary benefits products.
    • Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship management skills.
    • Ability to manage complex client relationships and provide strategic guidance.
    • Leadership mindset with strong attention to detail and client service excellence.
