    Job Title: Senior End User Technical Support Analyst

    Location: Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

    Onsite/Remote/Hybrid: Onsite

    Duration: 1 years

    Contract/Perm: Contract

    Rate: $30 per hour

    Description

    Project Scope:

    The scope of the proposed services will include the following:

    • Microsoft Hyper=V Management
    • Microsoft Windows Server Operating Systems (to include Active Directory Domain Services)
    • Cisco Nexus Infrastructure Management
    • CrowdStrike Endpoint Protection Deployment
    • Tanium Endpoint Management Deployment
    • Microsoft Exchange and/or 0365 GCC Tenant migration and management

    Mandatory Skills:

    1. Active Directory Domain Services, Group Policy Management
    2. Windows Imaging and Driver Management
    3. User Profile analysis and migration

    Desirable Skills:

    1. Advanced troubleshooting with basic hardware and software components
    2. Network experience with many different layer 2 manufactured devices
    3. Windows Deployment Services
    4. Desktop and Mobile Device imaging and user transition
    5. Data analysis, Application Rationalization, and migration
    6. Third party software to be migrated and handled on a case-by-case basis
    7. Sierra Wireless and/or Cradle Point management experience
    8. License Plate Reader software
    9. CAD (Computer Aided Dispatch) Software
