Senior Engineering Manager - Construction - Base Salary to 170k/year - Muncy, PA

• Our client, with over 75 years in business and renowned for contributing to architectural achievements worldwide, is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to join their team.
  
• The Senior Engineering Manager will lead engineering efforts to develop or improve products, systems, or processes; manage projects from planning through delivery; prioritize schedules to ensure on-time, high-quality outcomes; establish methodologies to drive best practices and training; and collaborate cross-functionally to identify new opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Establishes and monitors overall engineering objectives and initiatives
  
• Provides overall managerial and technical direction for the engineering team
  
• Serves as a subject matter expert for assigned product categories
  
• Reviews and approves staffing resources and project schedules
  
• Monitors engineering team progress and ensures project requirements are met
  
• Collaborates with stakeholders to address quality, schedule, and productivity issues
  
• Acts as a liaison between engineering and other departments to resolve questions or issues
  
• Stays current with new technologies and implements improvements to enhance capabilities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field
  
• 8+ years of experience leading an engineering function
  
• Professional Engineer (PE) registration with active membership in a professional engineering society
  
• Proficiency in CAD and Computer-Aided Engineering (CAE) software

Compensation:

• Base salary to 170k/year
