    Compensation: $120,000–$150,000 Base + Uncapped Commission ($240,000–$300,000+ OTE) + Equity

    What You'll Do

    Build and Scale New Business

    • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close
    • Generate pipeline through strategic outbound efforts and market development
    • Develop relationships across manufacturing, operations, engineering, and executive stakeholders

    Land and Expand Enterprise Accounts

    • Navigate complex enterprise buying processes
    • Close six-figure software opportunities
    • Grow successful deployments into large multi-site strategic partnerships

    Help Build the U.S. GTM Motion

    • Collaborate directly with company leadership
    • Influence market strategy and expansion plans
    • Provide customer feedback that shapes future product development

    What We're Looking For

    Required Experience

    • 5+ years of Enterprise SaaS sales experience
    • Consistent history of meeting or exceeding quota
    • Experience selling into manufacturing, industrial, automation, IIoT, production, engineering, or operational environments
    • Proven ability to build pipeline through outbound prospecting
    • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience

    Strongly Preferred

    • Industrial software, manufacturing technology, AI, automation, computer vision, predictive maintenance, or IIoT experience
    • Startup or scale-up experience
    • Experience in land-and-expand sales motions
    • Technical or engineering educational background

    Compensation & Benefits

    Compensation

    • Base Salary: $120,000–$150,000
    • On-Target Earnings: $240,000–$300,000
    • Uncapped commission plan
