    Title: Senior Enterprise Account Executive

    Location: San Diego, CA (Hybrid or Onsite)

    Compensation: Up to 150k base DOE + $350k OTE + full range of benefits

     

    What You’ll Do

    • Drive enterprise-level sales across key biotech, pharma, and life sciences accounts
    • Lead a consultative sales process, uncovering pain points and crafting tailored solutions
    • Develop and present ROI-based proposals that demonstrate measurable business value
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, technical, and customer success teams
    • Build long-term partnerships that expand account value and strategic impact

     

    What You’ll Bring

    • 5+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience, ideally within biotech, life sciences, or scientific technology
    • Proven track record of complex, consultative sales cycles with C-suite decision-makers
    • Ability to build and deliver quantifiable business cases
    • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
    • Strong business acumen and comfort discussing ROI, efficiency, and operational impact
