  • Responsibilities

    CALIBRE Systems, inc., an employee-owned, mission focused solutions and digital transformation company, is seeking a Senior Enterprise Architect. This role delivers enterprise architecture engagements for mission-driven client organizations undergoing technology modernization. The work includes assessing current-state systems and integration landscapes, and defining target-state architectures and technology roadmaps that guide client implementation and investment decisions. The role also supports CALIBRE's business development efforts through solution architecture and proposal writing.

    Required Skills

    • Assess client systems, data, and integration landscapes across SaaS based ERP/finance, CRM, and mission-specific platforms
    • Facilitate requirements sessions to define use cases for integration, modernization, and AI-enabled capabilities
    • Architect target-state options and score them against cost, security, and sustainability criteria
    • Document target-state enterprise architectures across business, data, application, technology, and security domains
    • Develop technology roadmaps, including workstream sequencing and migration approach
    • Prepare and present deliverables to client leadership and governance stakeholders
    • Participate in business development efforts, including performing enterprise and solution architecture as well as proposal writing.

    Required Experience

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
    • 7+ years in enterprise or solution architecture roles, including systems integration and data architecture
    • Demonstrated experience developing enterprise architecture
    • Experience architecting integrations across SaaS ERP, CRM, or financial platforms (e.g., Dynamics 365, Salesforce, Blackbaud, or similar)
    • Strong facilitation and written communication skills, with experience producing executive-level deliverables
    • Ability to work autonomously across multiple concurrent engagements

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience with government, federal, or nonprofit client environments
    • Experience with AI capability assessment or technology roadmapping
    • Prior experience contributing to proposal development in a federal or government contracting environment

    Candidates Must be able to obtain a Secret Security Clearance or higher
