Are you an experienced Project Manager with a passion for leading impactful environmental and construction projects? We’re seeking a results-driven professional to manage projects from planning through completion—ensuring quality, safety, and client satisfaction every step of the way.
What You’ll Do
Lead multiple projects from pre-construction and estimating through final closeout.
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, resources, and risk mitigation strategies.
Conduct Phase I & II Environmental Site Assessments.
Coordinate with clients, internal teams, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure goals are aligned and deliverables are met.
Monitor progress, financial performance, and key milestones; implement solutions when issues arise.
Oversee contract administration, permitting, and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Lead meetings, maintain clear documentation, and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
Mentor junior staff and support cross-functional team collaboration.
Contribute to business development efforts, including proposal writing and client presentations.
Continuously improve project management workflows, tools, and execution.
Resolve issues, manage escalations, and maintain client satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science or a related field.
7+ years of project management experience, preferably in engineering, environmental, or construction settings.
Strong knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
Proficiency in project management software (Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Experience managing contracts, vendors, and project financials.
Ability to travel to project sites and regional offices as needed.
Valid Florida driver’s license (or ability to obtain) and clean driving record.
Able to pass a background check under Florida’s Jessica Lunsford Act (or equivalent).
Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Primarily office-based, with occasional site visits.
Frequent computer use, phone communication, and virtual collaboration.
May require sitting for extended periods and lifting up to 15 pounds.
