We’re growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Estate Planning Attorney to join our team. This is a rare opportunity to do fulfilling, purpose-driven legal work without the stress of running a business. We handle the marketing, admin, and billing. You focus on what matters: clients. Responsibilities: As a key member of our team, you’ll: • Manage limited conservatorship cases, including drafting, filing, and representing clients in court • Handle probate matters from start to finish, from petitions to administration and representation at hearings • Lead initial estate planning consultations to assess client needs and craft thoughtful strategies • Draft core estate planning documents, including trusts, wills, powers of attorney, and more • Appear in court for probate and conservatorship matters (must be confident and competent doing so) • Collaborate with our legal team to ensure smooth case progression and stellar client experience • Learn and grow in special needs planning by receiving mentorship and training in drafting Special Needs Trusts and guiding families with children or adults with disabilities Qualifications: • Active California Bar license • Experience with probate and/or limited conservatorships (required) • Confident appearing in court (remotely) • Strong drafting, research, and communication skills • Ability to manage matters independently, while also collaborating with a remote team • Compassionate, client-focused mindset with a high standard of professionalism • Curiosity and motivation to grow your skills in special needs planning Compensation: $130,000 - $150,000 per year
