We’re looking for an experienced Estimator with a strong Industrial background, preferably in metal buildings, to join a team that values accuracy, collaboration, and quality. If you enjoy turning complex specs into competitive bids and working with minimal red tape, this role is for you.

Duties

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for metal building projects using architectural and structural drawings
• Utilize estimating software for takeoffs, pricing, and material analysis
• Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and sales teams to align estimates with project scope
• Analyze bid documents and timelines to assess project feasibility and requirements
• Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to gather pricing for materials and services

Requirements

• 5+ years of Estimating experience, ideally with PEMB systems
• Strong familiarity with metal building components and construction practices
• Proficiency in MBS preferred
• Degree in Engineering, CAD, or a related field is a plus
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
