    Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior FOIA Analyst / Team Lead to serve as the lead coordinator for a federal FOIA support contract. This individual will perform all duties of a FOIA Analyst while providing day-to-day leadership, workload management, quality oversight, and communication with the Government Contracting Officer's Representative (COR). Responsibilities In addition to performing all FOIA Analyst duties, the Team Lead will: • Serve as the primary point of contact for the Government COR. • Coordinate daily operations of the FOIA support team. • Assign and balance workloads among FOIA Analysts. • Monitor contract performance and production metrics. • Ensure quality control of FOIA responses before submission. • Conduct peer reviews and provide technical guidance. • Identify workflow improvements. • Prepare weekly and monthly status reports. • Monitor SLA compliance and statutory deadlines. • Coordinate staffing and scheduling. • Support onboarding and mentoring of new staff. • Escalate issues, risks, and resource needs to Government leadership. • Participate in meetings with Government stakeholders. Minimum Qualifications • Minimum 8 years of Federal FOIA support experience of similar size, scope, and complexity. • Demonstrated experience leading FOIA teams or coordinating FOIA operations. • Strong knowledge of FOIA regulations and agency processing requirements. • Experience managing competing priorities and multiple deadlines. • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. • Strong organizational and leadership abilities. Preferred Qualifications • seven or more years of Federal FOIA experience. • Previous Team Lead or Supervisory experience supporting federal contracts. • Experience supporting high-volume FOIA programs. • Experience with FOIA tracking systems and reporting tools. • Bachelor's degree. • Active Public Trust or ability to obtain required clearance.
