You will: • Advocate for clients in court, mediation, and negotiations • Build and execute legal strategies that make a meaningful difference • Draft motions, pleadings, and other legal documents with precision and purpose • Guide clients with clarity, compassion, and confidence • Mentor and collaborate with paralegals, law clerks, and admin staff • Take the lead on internal operations—from billing to client communications Qualifications: What You Bring • At least 5 years of hands-on family law litigation experience • Active membership and good standing with your state bar • Confident decision-making and a calm courtroom presence • Excellent communication and client-relations skills • Tech-savvy, organized, and ready to hit the ground running Compensation: $250,000 DOE
